Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that they have been returned.

Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you require an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

• Items made to your specific requirements

• Sealed items that have been opened and are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs where possible. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund as appropriate.
