Thank you for supporting our handmade business! All of our suede products are crafted with care and packaged securely to protect the delicate natural textures.

 

1. Processing & Lead Times

• In-Stock Items: Items currently in stock are ready-made and will be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

• Out-of-Stock Items: If an item is currently out of stock, it will be made to order. Please allow a crafting lead time of up to 7 business days before your order is dispatched.

• Note: If your order contains a mix of in-stock and out-of-stock items, they will be shipped together once the entire order is ready.

   

   

 

2. UK Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

All UK orders are shipped via fully tracked Royal Mail Services for small parcels up to 2kg. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your choice of speed:

• Combined Shipping: If you purchase multiple items (such as a handmade suede bag and a matching belt), they will be securely packed together and shipped as a single Small Parcel at no extra cost, provided the total weight stays under 2kg.

• Note: Delivery times apply from the date of dispatch, not from the date the order is placed.

 

3. International Shipping

We ship our lightweight suede creations worldwide under 2kg using secure Royal Mail International Tracking.

• Customs & Import Duties: International orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to local customs clearance, import taxes, or handling fees. The recipient is solely responsible for fulfilling these local charges upon arrival.

 

4. Packaging & Suede Care Notice

• Waterproof Protection: Suede is highly sensitive to moisture. To ensure your order arrives immaculate, we wrap each item securely inside a sturdy cardboard box and place it inside a heavy-duty, water-resistant outer mailer to protect it from the weather during transit.

• Transit Creasing: Natural suede can occasionally show light creases or a flattened nap from transit. If your item looks compressed when it arrives, simply hang it up in a dry room or brush it gently with a soft suede brush to restore its natural texture.

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your parcel is on its way, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link. You can use this to check live updates on your delivery path via the official Royal Mail Tracking Portal.

 

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Deliveries

• If your package arrives physically compromised by the courier, or fails to appear within 7 business days (UK) or 15 business days (International) of dispatch, please notify us immediately at [your-email@example.com].

• Please include your order number and attach clear photos of any damaged transit packaging so we can prioritize an investigation and issue a swift handmade replacement.
